thesuck.app provides financial expense analysis tools and subscription audit reports. Our Service:

• Analyzes your financial transactions to identify recurring subscriptions
• Provides reports and insights about your spending patterns
• Offers calculators and tools for financial awareness
• Connects to financial institutions via third-party services (Plaid) with your explicit consent

• You can revoke access at any time through your financial institution

• Will never sell your personal or financial data
• Use bank-level encryption for data transmission
• Store only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service
• Delete your data upon account termination

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all subscription detection and categorization will be 100% accurate. Transaction categorization depends on merchant data quality and patterns that may vary. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all reports and information provided by our Service.

For paid features:

• Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues preventing service delivery
• You can cancel any subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
